Campus Facility Rental

The Teaching Family Homes Campus Facility is now available for public use! TFH is located on 40 sprawling acres in Sands Township in Harvey, just outside of Marquette.  It is available for rent for business meetings, workshops, retreats; weddings, receptions, showers, reunions, graduation and birthday/anniversary parties. The campus features a full business center with the latest technology including wireless internet and complete audio/visual services, plus a variety of meeting rooms appropriate for seminars, training, team building, or company parties. There’s a food service area and even a raised stage for a variety of performance based activities. The outside campus provides a number of opportunities for both winter and summer activities and team building exercises. Enjoy softball, soccer, basketball, hiking, or a brisk run on our manicured trails in the summer, while winter affords you the opportunity to cross country ski or snowshoe on some of the most pristine trails in Northern Michigan. There’s an indoor basketball court for a spirited pick-up game and a “fit strip” located on our wooded trail. The campus also showcases a beautiful gazebo, a large covered pavilion with picnic tables, extensive parking, plus an outdoor pond if you choose to just sit back and relax. TFH is now taking reservations through the calendar year for events on campus.  For as little as $250 you will receive full daytime use of grounds/fields, food service area & 2 or more meeting rooms. Teaching Family Homes or Upper Michigan Facilities Rental Prices $100 – Meeting room/food service area $50 – Daytime meeting room use, no food service area $80 – After hours meeting room, no food service area $200 – 2 or more meeting rooms, food service area $20/hr – Gymnasium including changing/showers $250 – Full daytime use of grounds/fields, food service area & 2 or more meeting rooms $300 – Full after hours use of grounds/fields with gym/bathroom access $20/hr – Additional rental time over 6 hours $50 – Use of audio/visual equipment (indoors only) $25 – Folding chairs (fee may be waived) $5/each – Folding tables (fee may be waived) $25/each – Tents (2 available) In addition to the rental fee, there is a mandatory deposit of $100 for all renters due 10 business days prior to date of rental. Deposit check will be held then returned following the event provided the property is found to be in satisfactory condition. Note: Daytime use: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri, excluding holidays
